・To reserve Nunoya, you can book on line. The deposit of 100% will be charged by credit card at your booking. Payment options are credit card only. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.
・In the event of canceling a booking; Cancellations made 60 days or more before the check‑in date will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check‑in date will incur a 100% charge, and no refund will be issued.
・Check-in from 3pm to 7pm, check-out 7-10am. Out of service hours late check-in/early check-out may available depends on the condition.
・Accommodation tax is not included in the hotel fee. Please pay it at check in.
・During your stay the client must agree to be considerate to the neighbors, to take good care of Nunoya and its contents and to leave Nunoya tidy and in good order. If extra cleaning is required due to the house being left in an unacceptable condition, an extra charge will be requested.
・The client should inform us of any faults, damages or defects to Nunoya or appliances, in order that they can be rectified as soon as possible.
・We have the right to enter the room at any time in an emergency to carry out essential repairs or at a time that is mutually agreeable to the client for maintenance work and cleaning.
・Pets are NOT allowed in the hotel.
・Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
・Our hotel does not accept liability for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during your stay. You are recommended to provide your own adequate travel insurance to cover you for holiday cancellation, flight delays, personal loss or injury and medical emergencies.
・Our hotel will not accept liability for: - any stoppage or defect of public services to Nunoya, i.e. electricity - any damage, loss or injury as a result of weather conditions, war, riot, strikes or other factors outside of our control.
・Under no circumstances shall Our hotel's liability be more than the amount paid for the rental period.
・In the event of a complaint against Nunoya ryokan, this should be communicated to us immediately, so that we can take all reasonable steps to rectify and resolve the matter. No liability shall be accepted for any complaints received at a later date.
・Facts and images on this website are as accurate as possible, though small changes may occur, such as decor or equipment etc.
